For an unbelievably delicious, quick & easy New York steakhouse style meat course, rub both sides of a rib-eye steak with generous quantities of Spice Depot's NY Steak™ Spice. Sear over high heat in a skillet or on the barbeque. Turn and sear the other side to seal in the juices, then reduce the heat to medium and cook to medium or medium-rare. Plate steak and drizzle with balsamic glaze, crumbled feta cheese and chiffonade of arugula. Accompany with JoJo Potato™ wedges and vegetable of choice.
Alternatively, let the cooked steak cool, slice into strips on the bias and serve over a bed of arugula and feta salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Pack the meat, dressing and salad ingredients separately and combine later as a crown-pleasing five-star picnic item.
